About Lana
Lana Bach is a Christian speaker, author, Bible teacher, and host of the COMPASS in the Storm podcast. She has dedicated her life to ministry since she was sixteen. In 1993, she co-founded Encouragement Ministries, Inc. with her late husband, Rev. Steven A. Bach. After God healed her from a fatal illness and then called Steve home, Lana penned her memoir, and today she offers hope to the hurting and brokenhearted.

Lana is committed to sharing her insights with your listeners about trusting God during the storms of life and when God seems silent. She shares from her own experiences of how God brought purpose through her own pain after a fatal illness and the loss of her husband.
Speaking Engagements
Lana draws from her own experiences of loss, illness, and healing to teach from scripture. Her messages encompass topics such as finding purpose amidst pain, the power of trusting in God, and overcoming loneliness. As a Certified Grief Educator, Lana possesses a deep understanding of grief.
Women’s Conferences
Lana conducts women’s conferences, including those focused on widow ministry, and is currently co-hosting the Winter Women’s Healing Conference with Sheila Seidl. This conference in Orlando, Florida, in February 2027, will be a time of worship, Bible teaching, healing prayer, and sisterhood fellowship for women carrying hurt or pain.
